Trigon Recruitment are looking for an experienced Head of Quality to join our client who is national well established training provider with an extensive portfolio of contracts nationwide.Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for ensuring quality and compliance within educational and skills programs? Do you possess exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in driving continuous improvement strategies? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Quality department, ensuring all programs and contracts meet and exceed regulatory standards.
Utilize expertise in the Education Inspection Framework and Ofsted processes to drive excellence in educational delivery.
Manage a team effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
Facilitate External Quality Assurance (EQA) visits, maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Develop and execute a robust continuous improvement strategy, driving efficiencies and enhancing program outcomes.
Prepare self-assessment reports and quality improvement plans, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and innovation.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership, advising on identified risks and proposing effective solutions.
Champion staff development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Oversee and line manage IQA function
Effectively communicate changes from Ofsted and Awarding bodies to the wider business and delivery teams
Ensure there are robust quality cycles in place
Develop a close working relationship with operational teams to ensure there is a buy in to quality standards
Educate and train the wider business in Ofsted requirements
Ensure there are robust observation strategies in place
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Ofsted nominee is essential.
Comprehensive understanding of the Education Inspection Framework.
Proven track record in line management and team leadership.
Full knowledge of employability and skills programs within the educational sector.
Ability to facilitate EQA visits and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated ability to ensure quality and compliance across all contracts.
Experience in developing and executing continuous improvement strategies.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to advise senior leadership on identified risks and propose effective solutions.
