As a Head ofRegional Trading operating across the South West and Northern Ireland, you’ll be responsible for:
Driving financial performance and operational excellence throughout 13 branches across the region.
Lead on change management with a real focus on motivating, training and developing the Branch Managers and their operational teams.
Ensure outstanding customer care through customers and branches.
Champion a performance culture where success and achievement are recognised.
