Role Details – Head of Reward
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Reward professional to join a growing PLC to help develop frameworks across the group globally. This is an exciting role which will allow someone to put their own spin on all things Reward, partnering with a great HR Director to drive the business forward!
Responsibilities of the Head of Reward:
- Experience working within a PLC (listed company experience) in a group structure
- To build and manage the Group compensation framework including, pay principles and guidance, pay grades and levels, short term, and long-term incentive schemes.
- Design and manage the Group benefits framework, including flexible benefits.
- Manage 3rd party benefit providers and contracts to ensure best service offering and cost
- Build the Group total reward strategy.
- Develop a Group Reward strategy in partnership with the HR Director
- Manage the consistent communication of Reward across the group
- Support in all matters relating to Executive Remuneration and the Remuneration Committee.
- Implement and manage a simple and easily understood job evaluation system.
- Implement and manage a simple and easily understood salary benchmarking system.
- Experience of developing and implementing a Reward Strategy and frameworks within a listed Company environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience of all aspects of Reward gained in a listed Company (FTSE small cap or above) – essential
- Experience of managing change and simplifying Reward practices.
- Experience of Executive Reward and Remuneration Committee activity.
- Experience of working in a group structure preferably with standalone businesses.
- Experience of job evaluation
- Experience of salary benchmarking
