SalaryA high growth Marketing firm with a strong presence in the American market, are expanding their team in their state of the art Salford offices. As a Temporary Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial interactions with American clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit control process, ensuring the financial health and stability of our company.
**This role requires American working hours, please see below**
Monday - Thursday: 11am - 8pm
Fridays: 11am - 7pm
Role duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities as the Temporary Credit Controller
- Debt Management: Monitor American based client accounts for delayed payments and follow up as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
- Credit Analysis: Assess the creditworthiness of potential clients using financial data and market trends.
- Reporting: Generate and analyse detailed reports on accounts receivable and overdue payments.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating payment plans where necessary.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve credit control processes and policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and finance departments to align credit control with overall business strategies.
Role requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably with exposure to the American market.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
