As a Credit Controller, you will be reporting into the Credit Control Manager and working in a close-knit team of 3. My client works with various different customers from multinational companies to small local businesses, so you’ll be working on a complex ledger where no two days are the same. Your duties will include:
- Managing and maintaining a section of the credit control/sales ledger.
- Chasing payments of overdue items via telephone, e-mail and written communications.
- Working to targets and weekly/monthly deadlines.
- Managing and progressing billing/invoice discrepancies through to resolution,
- Allocating Cash
- Raising invoices and credit notes.
- Account reconciliation, providing customers with accurate financial information.
- Taking credit card payments from customers.
- Liaising with third party collection agents/solicitors.
