Credit Controller

About the Role
As a Credit Controller, you will be part of a team responsible for the sales ledger, contacting customers via telephone and email to pursue outstanding payments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a ledger of 500+ customers ranging from sole traders to large hospitality chainsProactively recovering payments for outstanding sales invoices as per the agreed terms via phone and emailMaintaining accurate records of all chasing activityPreparing statementsProviding customers with invoices and PODsPosting and allocating sales receipts to the ledgerCompleting all electronic billing and credit requests in a timely mannerLiaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queriesRecommending accounts for escalationChecking and scanning PODsProcessing card paymentsAssisting with reception duties as and when requiredThis role involves working 22.5 hours across 3 days, Monday, Thursday, and Friday. We could be flexible with the specific working days.

Essential Skills
