Job Title: Head of Reward
Salary: between £75-82K
Location: Birmingham / hybrid
JGA is partnered with a well-known organization based in central Birmingham to source a Head of Reward.
This is a brand new role, reporting directly to the People Director and working on Reward strategies. Ideally seeking an individual with very good pension knowledge.
Responsibilities:
* Developing a clear reward strategy focusing on retention of the workforce.
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Acting as the Pensions SME, developing a strategy for Pensions.
* Leading the Payroll Services team - there is a Payroll Manager who takes care of BAU.
Skills required:
* A proven experience as a Head of Reward or Reward Manager.
* Good understanding of Pensions and ideally Payroll.
* Able to structure a comprehensive reward strategy and be 'hands-on' in a brand-new Reward role.
* Excellent communication skills.
