In this role, you will have the opportunity to transition into an Advisor position while still being involved in essential HR Coordinator duties. This includes managing the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, alongside delving into employee relations (ER) casework.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in managing onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Oversee the full employee life cycle, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in handling ER casework, including conducting investigations and providing guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of relevant employment legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and proactive HR support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator role or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- CIPD qualification or working towards one is desirable but not essential.
