The Client:

Our client is a reputable provider and developer of a Wealth Management Platform serving the financial services sector. They have a diverse clientele spanning the UK and Europe.

The Role:

As an experienced Head of Support Services, you'll play a pivotal role in strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring the highest level of client assistance.

Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and providing guidance on complex support cases.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive support strategy aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Triage incoming tickets, allocate to appropriate personnel, and implement modern practices for scalability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor support specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Optimise processes for optimum efficiency and define/tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in Support Services in the Insurance Software, preferably cloud based.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree is a plus.
• JIRA, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, basic AWS understanding, and experience with multi-tenant and micro-service solutions (beneficial)
• Also, familiarity with low-code/no-code, Agile methodologies, and ITIL qualification (desirable)
• Able to travel within the Eurozone.
