WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Head of Training, where you'll take the helm of overall management for the Training Department. With this you'll spearhead the creation and execution of dynamic training programs and materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other essential resources. This will all be conducted in line to ensure memorable experiences for our customers!

YOU WILL

• Design and implement engaging training programs that evolve with best practices and business needs.
• Ensuring training content remains relevant and aligned with our goals, regularly updated as necessary.
• Develop and deliver innovative training solutions tailored to meet specific business demands.
• Identify training needs and craft effective programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct workshops and orientation sessions to optimise performance.
• Staying abreast of Training technologies and methodologies to enhance our programs continually.
• Monitor training performance through feedback analysis and program assessments, driving continuous improvement.
• Leverage e-learning platforms to deliver targeted and impactful training to teams.
• Strategically planning training for new store openings, ensuring each location receives tailored support.
• Conduct store visits, providing on-site support and action plans for continuous growth.
• Collaborate with multiple departments across the business to support training initiatives and material development.
• Reviewing team performance regularly, offering clear guidance and support for personal development.
• Fostering a positive mentorship, coaching, and support environment.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree educated or above
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong understanding of Training methodologies and technologies.
• Have a driving license
• Ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and mentor individuals.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• An energetic person with positive thinking, with a 'can do’ attitude
• Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset
• Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the UK
