An amazing 4-star hotel with a lovely gastro pub are looking for a Head Chef to run their brigade with in the pub restaurant, located in a beautiful village on the outskirts of New Forest, you will join a successful passionate team in preparing and presenting food to a high standard.
Key information:
Salary: Up to 35,000 plus service charge
Hours: 5/7 days, mixed shifts
Location: Beaulieu
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals to the required standard Support and lead other chefs in your section
Stock control/ordering
Health & Safety/Food hygiene
Train and develop the team

Requirements:
Experience as a Head Chef working with fresh produce
