Fantastic opportunity for an experienced qualified Finance Professional ACCA/CIMA to join highly reputable, global manufacturing business as theHead of Finance& Operations. You will have several years experience within a Financial Accounting based role, be a strong manager of people across accounts payable, expenses, payroll, cash and tax reporting using SAP. You will be credible in a global environment liaising with internal and external stakeholders.???????

The Head of Finance will report directly to the Finance Director and work closely with the management team to provide timely Financial Reporting to support decision making.

Key Duties include:

• Prepare month end reports and KPI’s and act as business partner for department heads
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts on time, accurately, with deviations and trends clearly explained
• Efficient delivery of finance services payroll, supplier payments, employee expenses processing, cash and banking
• Manage and develop team of six - drive high performance culture
• Coordinate UK year end process and liaise with auditors, ensuring audit readiness and timely close out.
• Efficiently manage liquidity and take actions in conjunction with Corporate Treasury to optimise levels of cash, avoiding unnecessary cash surpluses and foreign currency exposures
• Prepare timely and accurate cash forecasts with drivers clearly explained
• Perform ICS tasks on time, identify and correct control weaknesses
• Initiate efficiency improvements
• Act as SAP process owner for Purchase to Pay processes
