We’re recruiting a Head of Volunteering to be responsible for developing and implementing our volunteering strategy and managing all our volunteering activity.

You’ll manage a dedicated team of Volunteering professionals. We’re looking for an empathetic and experienced manager who is good at motivating others and supporting them to develop and grow.
About you
You’ll have experience of strategic planning, project management and policy development and implementation. You’ll also have a good understanding of best practice and the legal framework relating to volunteering.
With experience of leading and managing individuals, you’ll be proficient in developing people.
