Purpose of the Role
Colas Products in Warrington have an exciting opportunity for a Product Administrator to support the production team with all aspects of production administrative data.
Main Responsibilities
Co-ordination of the manufacture sheet management process working in conjunction with planning, production, and laboratory, ordering and processing of raw materials as required by the production team, provide assistance to cover as necessary for the Works Administrator.
Assist management in the close out of any corrective actions arising from internal/external audits as and when required, assist the production manager in maintaining the property managers checklist, assist the production management team to ensure all activities are undertaken, record energy to comply with ISO50001, carry out other appropriate duties as assigned by the line manager.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have excellent Computer Skills, a good understanding of production and stock systems.
Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Administration experience
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Organisational skills
Detail and precision oriented
Able to work effectively with people across the organisation
