Jobstore are excited to be recruiting for a Production Administrator to join a UK leading Warrington based manufacturer.
Due to continued expansion and growth of their customer base across the UK this position has been created for someone to work alongside the senior leadership team and take responsibility for a range of day to day critical administration tasks as well as hands-on general production and manufacturing activities.
Typical responsibilities will be:
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Input orders, process shipments, produce an stock inventory
- Organise shipments, shipping labels, liaising with the distributor and ensuring timely deliveries
- Help organise the production area to ensure an efficient workplace
- Complete the safe and presentable packing of product ready for shipment
- Ensure the right production templates are used for the right customer orders
- Provide general support to the production team
We are looking for someone with the following Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work across all areas - supporting production and administration when necessary.
Whilst this is initially a part time position we would welcome applications from candidates who are looking to increase their hours as their business experience grows - we have flexibility with the hours of work.
