THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has become available for a positive and assertive Head Physiotherapist at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.
THE PERSON
Do you have the ability to think ahead and charge forward to attain goals? You may be our next Head Physiotherapist!
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with elite footballers and have the ability to build effective relationships within the MDT. You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
As the Head Physiotherapist, you will be expected to:
- Work as a senior figure within the Human Performance department leading on the injury management of First Team players. Working alongside other members of the MDT to provide key information that will inform collaborative decision making within the department.
- Lead and develop the reporting strategies utilised within the medical staff, to provide key information to the senior staff within the department (including, but not exclusive to injury audits, equipment audits, rationale for new equipment, MSK data collection, daily availability and injured player status).
