Are you an experienced and reliable Head Porter looking for a unique opportunity in the heart of London?
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Permanent Live-In Head Porter for our prestigious establishment in NW1.
The desired candidate is to ensure that high standards of security, cleanliness and reliable services are provided and maintained for the residents with the assistance of the Deputy Head Porter and approved supplementary resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the property's front desk and entrance area.
- Identifying repairs and works required, ensuring that these are reported to the managing agents, carried out and completed satisfactorily
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service for residents and guests.
- Managing a team of porters/concierge and supporting staff in maintaining the property's cleanliness and security.
- Handling resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Head Porter / Building Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or property management sector.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Basic understanding of building design and maintenance including of plumbing and electrical systems
