Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Sommelier or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world, including varietals, regions, and vintages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate guests effectively.
• Certified Sommelier credentials preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
