Head Teacher, Campbeltown Grammar School
A skilled and experienced leader is sought to take up the role of Headteacher at Campbeltown Grammar School, Argyll and Bute.
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, determined Head Teacher who will provide leadership, vision and strategic direction to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners and school community. The successful candidate will be an inspiring, encouraging, supporting and empowering individual who will lead their team and the whole school community to deliver the Council’s priorities and objectives while ensuring continuous improvement across their areas of responsibility.
As an experienced leader, you will demonstrate a commitment to building capacity and leading transformative change, and will have a record of turning vision into positive impact on young people’s lives. We are looking for someone who brings a positive approach, and who doesn’t shy away from open and honest conversations in order to secure the best possible outcomes for our learners.
