Langhill VPP has a fabulous opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse to join a fantastic team at a small animal practice in Telford.
The surgery itself is bright, spacious and air-conditioned and was purpose built to industry leading standards which has state of the art equipment including Xray machine, ultrasound, multi - parameter, endoscope, tono meter, diathermy, cryo, in house laboratory equipment including idexx catalyst, procyte, sedivue ,UA analyser and K-Laser.
- Perform all aspects of veterinary nursing with excellence.
- Encourage and mentor staff, promoting best practices.
- Conduct 1-2-1 meetings and support staff development, potentially as a clinical coach.
- Manage rota and oversee clinic compliance with health and safety and RCVS standards.
- Handle stock management and staff meetings effectively.
- Focus on caseload growth, facilitating affordable healthcare for more pets.
