About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to assist with the successful operation of the Sport & Fitness Centre. To provide efficient and effective management of the fitness areas and services in line with the values and objectives of Qmotion and QMSU. To coordinate and develop the group exercise programme, ensuring the best possible experience for our users. The facilities are open seven days per week, and this role will incorporate the working of unsociable hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends and bank holidays. The successful applicant will be expected to assist the Qmotion General Manager with the successful operation and development of the Sport & Fitness facilities managed by the Students Union. To provide leadership, guidance, and support to the student fitness instructors. To support the development of our group exercise programme through the regular delivery of group exercise classes in a professional and friendly manner. To excel in this role, it is essential that you have experience in leading and developing staff.
