Job Title
Health and Safety Administrator (Part Time)
Overview
This part-time Health and Safety Administrator position is essential for coordinating client relationships and maintaining compliance and activity records. The role demands active management of cloud-based Health and Safety project management and CRM, effective communication, and a deep understanding of company culture and values.

Duties
* Provide advice and solutions on Health and Safety issues, aligning with our values of honesty and customer focus.
* Health and Safety Administration: Maintain CRM and shared drive records, emphasising integrity and communication.
* Project Management: Co-ordinate Health and Safety projects between clients and consultants with a focus on commercial awareness, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment.
* Promote a culture of safety within the organisation through clear, honest, and engaging communication.
* Collaborate across the business, and regularly report on Health and Safety activities and outcomes, maintaining transparency and integrity in all communications.
* Some general business administrative duties when required.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
* Proven experience in Health and Safety administration, underpinned by our core values.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with a focus on commercial and customer aspects.
* Excellent communication skills, embodying our values of honesty and integrity.
* A proactive and fun approach to workplace safety, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
* Collaborative skills, with an emphasis on customer focus and cultural alignment.
* Relevant Health and Safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are desirable, reflecting our commitment to professional development and integrity.
* Information and communication technology competence including Microsoft office suite.
* Desirable but not critical. SharePoint, Hubspot, and other cloudbased platforms are integral to our business.

Remuneration & Benefits
* £12-14/hr.
* 20 hours per week (4hrs/day, 5 days/week).
* Office based (Barnham).
