More about the role:

• Provide competent advice, guidance, and support to operational teams to enable them to carry out their HSE responsibilities
• Provide matchday and non-matchday event support - auditing of Chef/Manager Packs
• Support and facilitate the implementation of effective HSE standards across the business.
• On site event audits for third party provision such as Peppermint or Kerb units
• Conduct daily/weekly audits of the stadium operationally, identifying any potential hazards and supporting HOD's to create an action plan for HOD's to address accordingly
• Management and completion of the Net Zero Toolkit, unit lead on initiatives to support Net Zero objectives

You will be responsible for:

• Delivery of H&S performance indicators
• Delivery of Food Safety & Allergen performance indicators
• Delivery of internal auditing
• Delivery of reactive interventions as required
• Operational engagement

About you:

• Previous experience in an HSE
• Previous working knowledge of HSE processes and legislation
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Enthusiastic, motivational, someone who strives for excellence
• Effective communicator
• Honest, transparent and consistent
