As a Health & Safety Officer your responsibilities will include:
• Ensure company compliance with legislations, regulations, and ISO standards
• Conduct Health and Safety awareness training and coordinate risk assessments
• Lead accident investigations, safety inspections, and provide guidance on Health and Safety
• Provide regular updates to management on key improvements and Health and Safety issues
• Monitor accident and incident systems, control claims/complaints, and drive Health and Safety improvements
We are looking for a Health & Safety Officer with the following skills and experience:
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Health and Safety role and a NEBOSH qualification
• Confident leader capable of driving improvements with excellent communication abilities
• Friendly and engaging team player with a down-to-earth personality and positive mindset
• Previous Health and Safety experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous
• High level of IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Willingness to undergo training on weekends, demonstrating initiative
In return, the successful Health & Safety Officer will receive a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus the following benefits…
