SalaryHealth and Social Care Teacher
We are working with Leeds partner School to recruit a dedicated Health and Social Care Teacher. This is a full time Health and Social Care placement and will be to start ASAP until the end of the Summer term, in the first instance, with a potential to be extended into next year.
The successful candidate will be teaching Health and Social Care up to A level and will have responsibility for their own exam classes.
This is a ‘Good rated school, based in North Leeds. The academy provides the students with a good education. There are significant strengths in its excellent provision for the students’ social, moral, spiritual, and cultural development and in the quality of the support given to individual students who either need additional help, or who are at risk of underachieving.
Requirements:
- QTS or relevant teaching qualification
- Well qualified with an honours degree in relevant subject (Health and Social Care)
- 2 x references from educational establishments
- Evidence of an exemplary track record
- A passion for success and quality teaching
- An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
