Form of workThe post holder will undertake a range of HCA activities and provide appropriate care and treatment in conjunction with the GPs and registered nursing team in accordance with Practice policy and protocols. The HCA will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures as well as promoting self-care in order that patients are empowered to manage their own healthcare needs. To support the clinical team and to act within professional boundaries striving to improve standards of care.
