SalarySearch Consultancy is seeking a Health Care Assistant (Days) to join our clients established home in Rustington West Sussex. You will earn up to £20,404 p.a. depending on experience with weekend enhancement. Your working hours will be either 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm. Dedicated Health Care Assistants ensures the residents are treated with privacy and dignity at all times. To achieve and maintain our client's very high standards of care, their Health Care Assistants receive regular, specialist training. Our client provides permanent residency and respite care in cosy and charming care home.
You'll help with their residents going to bed at night, provide help during the night as needed and in getting up in the morning - all in line with the resident's care plan. As a Health Care Assistant on shift, you'll ensure familiarity with all the relevant policies, procedures and night time protocols, including safeguarding, fire safety, and other health and safety requirements.
