Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in healthcare settings, ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver care to patients in the community.
- Support patients with daily activities including personal hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide updates on care plans and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and care provided.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high standard of patient care.
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and communication purposes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a care setting is desireable however full training will be provided.
- Ability to drive is required.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals effectively.
- Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with patients and colleagues.
- Enchanced disclosure will be required before successful candidates are selected.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £9.95-£18.94 per hour
