SalaryWe are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to healthcare professionals in various settings, including care homes. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist in implementing care plans. **Responsibilities:** - Assist healthcare professionals with patient care tasks - Help in the creation and implementation of care plans - Communicate effectively with patients and their families - Provide support with IT systems as needed - Drive to different locations if required **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a care home setting is advantageous - Proficient in English to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues - Ability to drive to fulfill job responsibilities - Strong interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with patients - Familiarity with IT systems for managing patient records and information Joining our team as a Healthcare Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working alongside a supportive healthcare team.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
