We are seeking a reliable Truck Driver to transport goods throughout UK and Ireland safely and timely to various locations. The ideal candidate will be reliable and efficient in transpoting goods to our customer base.
Duties:
- Safely transport and deliver products or materials
- Load and unload cargo following safety procedures
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
- Adhere to company rules and regulations
- Ensure cargo is secured properly
- Keep within the drivers times and tachos
Skills:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Proven work experience as a truck driver
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and a strong work ethic
