Health Care Assistant, Support Worker

As a Health care Assistant you will be :
Domiciliary care:
Delivering quality personal care to each our service users in their own homes
Support with daily activities such as washing, dressing,maintenance of personal hygiene
Support with medication administration following full training and passing competence tests
Communicating with other members of the Multi-disciplinary team such as doctors, District nurses, social workers
Providing emotional support to individuals and their families.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 6 months experience in the UK working with adults
- Ability to work flexibly, including early shifts, late shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and night shifts.
- A willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS disclosure or already having one in place if successful
- Obtainable references covering at least 3 years.
Must:
- Possess the legal right to work in the UK.
