We work in partnership with a number of hospitals across the country to collaboratively redesign outpatient services with more care being delivered in community settings.
Weekend working and travel between our sites is an essential requirement for this role.

Main duties of the job
We are recruiting HCA Team Leaders to support with the smooth running of outpatient and daycase procedure clinics, supporting consultants and theatre teams with the management of high-quality and efficient pathways.
The HCA Team Leader role will support our operational management function by leading a team of HCAs that support clinics across all specialties/services, the high-level responsibilities will include:
- Rota management
- Staff Line Management
- Staff Training & Induction
- Coordination of Stock Control/Ordering
- Coordination of audits

Modality LLP is a provider of NHS community outpatient services within a number of regions across the UK.
Our service offer and expertise include:
- Over 15 years of experience of delivering community outpatient services
- Contracts with ICBs and hospital providers
- A diverse clinical workforce of consultants, GPs with extended roles, specialist nurses and allied health professionals
- Delivery of over 150,000 patient consultations per year
- Delivery of 1st consultations within a maximum of 4 weeks from referral from a choice of community locations, 7 days per week

- Experience of working as a HCA across a number of different services
- Experience of working in a patient centered role within a hospital/healthcare environment
- Experience of staff line management
- Experience of coordinating rotas

- Experience of supporting outpatient and day case surgical procedures
- Experience of working within a hospital environment
- Experience of supporting pre-op assessment clinics
