A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Support Worker to join our friendly team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person , who is caring and compassionate with attention to detail due to our speciality. You will be working in busy environment, taking care of patients who have chronic or acute renal conditions.
We offer a comprehensive induction program and a structured training and development plan. You will receive support and direction from the ward management and the nursing team. We actively encourage the successful applicants to continue with their own professional and personal development.
Successful candidate will have good communication skills; be able to use own initiative and work effectively independently and as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team in a demanding and busy environment. You will have a flexible approach to work and must be able to undertake shift work.
The successful candidates will need to work as an active member of the team and at all times deliver high standards of patient care, while maintaining a positive experience for the patients.
