This is a newly created role, working across all departments to assist with Health & Safety, compliance and training and managing/implementing ISO 9001. This role would ideally suit an experienced coordinator, NEBOSH-qualified (or higher) with strong interpersonal skills.
Hours of work 7.30-4, 8-4.30 or 8.30-5

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Review, update and manage training modules to ensure compliance to H & S regulations
- Deal with H & S issues and undertaking risk assessments and site inspections
- Identifying potential hazards, and finding ways to reduce risks
- Investigate any H & S issued raised, undertaking reviews of reported accidents
- Manage and implement ISO 9001
- Manage the annual audit of Safe Contractor, CHAS and other accreditations
- Liaise with the production team regarding handover and completion information, production and management of O&M manuals
ABOUT YOU
- CMIOSH or NEBOSH Diploma
- Able to effectively lead meetings
- Document Control process experience
