A newly created career opportunity with an international retail and logistics business. This is a hybrid working position where you'll be contractually based from West London with travel to sites in and around the London area. You'll be leading Health & Safety for this subsidiary of the company.
The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

• Working with the company leadership team to implement a Health & Safety culture in the business.
• Collaborating with the wider group for Health & Safety matters.
• Carrying out Health & Safety audits, training and tool box talks.
• Developing a Health & Safety agenda and standards for the organisation.

The Health & Safety Advisor will have:

• Previous Health & Safety experience in a retail, distribution or closely related environment
• Experience building up a Health & Safety culture and standards from scratch
• Good exposure to ISO standards - 45001, 14001 and 9001
• NEBOSH Certificate essential. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent desirable.
