Health, Safety and Compliance Lead

Can you lead a culture of health and safety? Can you put processes in place that will ensure our regulatory compliance is top notch as a music venue and charity? Yes? Great! We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Compliance Lead to join our team at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music, and we’re hoping you might be the one!

You’ll be leading on health & safety across a unique and interesting organisation working with experienced department teams to offer expertise, support, and guidance on all things safety related. You’ll ensure that processes and practices are in place to create a safe environment for everyone who steps through the door.

As a charity and music venue we have a stack of regulations that we need to comply with some safety, some licensing, some regulatory, and some matters of governance - you will be responsible for putting processes in place and monitoring actions completed with our department teams.

If you have experience in a health & safety role, you are process driven with a brilliant personality, you know how to get things done through others, and of course you’re willing to get stuck into a range of projects to bring about change we would love to hear from you!
