Your Impact:
As Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and compliance of the site. From leading H&S strategies to championing environmental initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of the commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to person for H&S and Environmental regulatory bodies, fostering positive relationships with HSA, County Council, Uisce Eireann, and EPA.
• Own the COMAH regulatory agenda, ensuring safety improvements and compliance. - Note that: COMAH experience is desirable however there is on-site expertise in this area already so this is not an essential requirement.
• Lead the charge in sourcing, installing, and commissioning an aerobic digester, setting the stage for future site expansion.
• Guide the process of obtaining ISO 14001 accreditation, showcasing our dedication to environmental responsibility.
• Keep the site audit-ready by ensuring compliance with H&S and Environmental regulations.

What You Bring:

• A degree in process safety, health and safety, or environmental discipline.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial EH&S.
• Knowledge of COMAH regulations and ATEX guidelines is desirable.
• Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 and Food Safety principles.
