37 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Flexibility Negotiable)
Thrive Homes is seeking a motivated Health, Safety, and Compliance Officer to support with maintaining records and keeping them up to date in our asset management software system with regards to building and health & safety.
In this key role, you will be responsible for assisting the planning function to allow for an efficient service delivery to meet agreed targets and supporting Thrives overall compliance activities which include fire risk assessment actions.

Other Responsibilities:
Achieve individual and team performance - health & Safety and compliance targets, turnaround times, planning and scheduling criteria - resolution of issues / complaints.
Liaise with customers to make mutually agreeable appointments ensuring good records are kept on relevant systems.
Carry out all administrative functions to ensure Thrive meet their statutory, regulatory, and best practice obligations in terms of colleague & customer safety, ensuring comprehensive records are kept at all times.
Collating relevant Health, Safety, and Compliance data for the Customer Portfolio Safety Lead and Compliance Manager
Support the contract management function for colleague and customer safety.
Assist with relevant internal/external audits that are undertaken to ensure that the compliance team meets the accreditation standards.
Collaborate with areas of the business to achieve resolution of issues.
Carry out health & Safety and fire door inspections
You will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as required by your line manager/senior manager.
Requirements:
Substantial experience of working within a similar role.
Strong administrative experience.
Methodical and organised with discipline and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Driving licence and use of a vehicle.
