Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
As a HSQE Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Risk and Compliance division, ensuring smooth internal processes. Your main responsibilities will include managing our Document Management System, collaborating with all departments to ensure timely updates of relevant documents. With your keen attention to detail and system-focused mindset, you'll be pivotal in reporting from our Incident Management System when necessary.

The Candidate;
- IOSH qualification in Health and Safety.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & SharePoint.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Experience in Auditing
- NEBOSH General (or equivalent) in Health and Safety is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building abilities, and effective communication.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, proactive, and dynamic approach.
- Proficient in numeracy and IT literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building and a strong communicator
- Ability to plan, prioritise, work to deadlines, without supervision and on their own initiative
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the company's document control system.
- Assist in company procedural updates.
- Support improvement programs.
- Lead in preparing weekly/monthly reports.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Incident Management System.
- Aid the team in implementing new procedures/audits.
- Act as a proactive advocate for HSQE across the organization.
- Lead monthly HSQE business-wide communications, from creation to distribution.
- Conduct/Assist with internal systems audits at operating centers.
- Provide support and guidance to the business as needed.
- Oversee the COSHH assessment interface across the business.
