Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, the Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for developing, designing, implementing and maintaining Health & Safety plans and procedures, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. You will also be responsible for continual evaluating practices and facilities to maintain a safe place of work.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be coming with 3 - 5 years\' Health & Safety experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment. You will have demonstrated experience of modernising management systems, enacting real cultural change and engagement at all levels. Be NEBOSH/IOSH qualified to at least a certificate level and be skilled at leading internal and external audits and influence at all levels.
