Role Overview:- Uphold and champion the company’s health and safety policies, ensuring adherence to best practices and guidelines.
- Manage and refine emergency response strategies, including the execution of regular practice drills.
- Craft and implement educational programmes on health and safety to raise awareness and knowledge among staff.
- Perform systematic health and safety checks and audits, aligning with industry regulations and standards.
- Investigate incidents thoroughly, maintaining detailed records and liaising with relevant authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Support Branch Managers in the governance of health and safety matters, promoting a proactive safety ethos across all branches.
- Accredited Health & Safety qualification (diploma level or higher).
- Demonstrable track record of promoting and embedding a positive Health & Safety culture within an organisation.
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership capabilities.
- Adept at fostering collaborative relationships throughout the company.
- Strategic thinker with the acumen to identify enhancements and implement solutions.
