SalaryNurtureCare is commissioned to support both children and young adults with complex health and additional health needs within the home environment, we have exciting opportunities for reliable, passionate and dedicated children and young adults health care assistants across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

We are looking for staff who have:
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 2/Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Based in & around the Nottingham/Cotgrave area

Specific to this position:
In this role, you will be providing care and support during school times at school including assisting with travel to and from school
Location: NG12
Shift times: Term Time only - Monday - Friday between 0830 - 1530
Pay: Training £11.68 rising to £12.74 per hour
Desirable skills and experience:
- Medication administration
- Tracheostomy care
- Personal care
- Moving and handling
- Awareness
Things we appreciate, but not required:
- Previous experience working in complex care
