Healthcare Associate

We are working with a renowned and esteemed law firm, ranked in the top 20 of the AmLaw list. Our client, a leading player in the legal industry, is currently seeking motivated Junior Associates to join their Health Care Practice team in the Washington, D.C. office.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal expertise and support in the areas of litigation, regulatory counseling, and government reimbursement within the health care practice.
• Navigate and advise on complex legal matters related to government reimbursement in the health care sector.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategic legal solutions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in litigation support and pre-trial preparation.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in litigation, regulatory counseling, or government reimbursement within the health care sector.
• Prior experience in handling government-related health care matters is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Admission to the Bar in DC.
• Eagerness to engage with government-related health care matters, even if primary experience lies in other areas of law.

Competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $250,000, reflective of market rates and candidate experience.
