My client is a top 100 UK Law firm and they are looking to recruit a Healthcare Regulatory Senior Associate to join their office in Leeds.
You will be joining a tier 1 ranked department of roughly 40 colleagues to advise clients on a range of health, social care and education issues, both contentious and non-contentious. The team deals with complex litigation that includes but not limited to Court of Protection, human rights, inquests, mental health, serious incident response and it will be your responsibility to manage a varied caseload of both advisory and litigation matters.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of PQE and a solid grasp of Court of Protection, mental capacity, and mental health law. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising junior team members and contributing to business development. While advisory experience is a must, having some inquest experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
You will be joining a firm and a team that encourages progression with many Lawyers rising through the ranks. Salary will be DOE but they are paying very well, to give you an idea NQ Solicitors come in at 50k.
