Job Description:
The Healthcare Programme is large, highly complex and challenging. You will be fully dedicated to project managing the development and delivery of one of our key Healthcare Solutions - Patient Concierge working in partnership with key stakeholders from across the Healthcare Solutions team, our strategic partner Soprano and other parts of the client.
Your role will be to own the delivery of a Proof of Value (PoV) for Patient Concierge working closely with Soprano, and take responsibility for the effective definition, delivery, and reporting of its key workstreams. You will be leading a project with high levels of ambiguity at times and will need to think and operate outside of purely Project Management textbooks.
Required skills:
- Experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex solutions.
- Experience of delivering IT and network technology. Either with a specific focus in a healthcare context or in a range of industry sectors.
- Expected to have attained an advanced project management qualification - Prince 2 Practitioner, MSP, APM RPP etc.
- Financial tracking and management of a large programme.
- Creating Stakeholder management and Communication Plans.
- Managing significant risk.
- Knocking down internal barriers and issues that exist in other parts of the business.
- Experience of producing accurate and timely management information to support decision making.
- Previous NHS experience
