SalaryMajor Recruitment Watford are looking for Heating Supervisors to join a fantastic energy efficiency company based in Watford. As a Heating Supervisor you will be providing technical support & guidance to engineers, delivering quality heating projects.
As a Heating Supervisor, you will:
- Provide technical surveys for Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) & First Time Central Heating (FTCH) jobs. Checking viability of measures within a 10 day proposed installation date.
- Conduct mid & post installation monitoring of engineering work & to snag any remediations for a quality finish.
- Update customers on proposals.
- Use applications to report remediations and changes to installations.
- Ensure installation are all visited and confirmed within 10 days.
- Check ASHP site surveys before technical site surveys.
- Remediations for ASHP installations are within reason. Less than an hour will be their responsibility and anything over is the responsibility of the installer.
- Keeping in touch with installers, ensuring they know plans and can answer any technical questions.
- Commissioning installations and final sign offs.
- Assist with the onboarding of new operatives.
- Monitor stock levels.
A successful Heating Supervisor will have:
- Experience in central hearing installation
- Heat Pump Installation experience
- Clean & valid UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel & for occasional stay aways
- BPEC/LCL level 3 ASHP installation
- G3 Unvented hot water
- Water regulations
- Heating or Pluming NVQ
- Gas safe experience
- Gas CCN1
