```Job Summary```
We are seeking a Helpdesk administrator to join our team. As the Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our helpdesk. Your role will involve managing and resolving day to day issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of your team of engineers.
```Responsibilities```
- Support a team of engineers
- Oversee the resolution of technical issues reported by end-users
- Ensure timely response and resolution to helpdesk queries.
- Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
- - Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve issues

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- IT Skills, excel and word.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
-- Strong skills to effectively run a team of engineers, processing paperwork ie job sheets, time sheets, photos, through to invoicing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
