Join one of Cirencester’s most established employers on a 6-month temporary contract as Help Desk Advisor on the Digital Platform Support project. Providing support to all end users of our client's digital learning platform, you’ll play a pivotal role, providing guidance and advice to resolve queries efficiently.

Offering up to £13 an hour, you’ll be based in the beautiful Cirencester offices Monday to Friday, 09.00pm -5.00pm. Post training, this role has the potential to be hybrid.

Another exciting advantage of this role will be the potential to have ( all expenses paid) travel with the team to London and Bristol to work from our client’s studios.

As Helpdesk Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting end users and admins of the company’s Learning Experience Platform with queries via; email, telephone and Microsoft Teams
  • Liaising with the Digital Content Team and other company Admins across the business, to establish content that needs to be QA’d
  • Supporting with logistics and tasks associated with Virtual Reality Hardware and Software
  • Supporting with the tasks associated with Digital Programme delivery such as; testing, QA and enrolments
  • Raising relevant tickets with the company’s third-party developers as and when issues are reported, and monitoring these tickets through to completion
  • Uploading and building of content within our client’s Learning Experience Platform when required

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • The ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An eye for detail, even when tasks are of a repetitive nature
  • Strong interpersonal skills

The Role:

As a Help desk Advisor, you’ll be contributing to the maintenance of the company’s Learning Experience Platform. In this role you will be, supporting end user and admin queries via various methods and be responsible for the quality assurance of all content builds on the platform, with the opportunity to provide support to tasks relating to other learning and development technologies.

Plus, as a Niche temporary worker, you will accrue holiday pay, have weekly pay and, if you stay past 12 weeks of employment, and be opted into our pension scheme. Many of our temporary workers have gone on to secure long-term contracts or permanent roles with this employer.
