I am currently recruiting a Helpdesk Advisor for my client based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. Working Monday - Friday you will assist customers with a range of enquiries, and provide support via phone calls and email, whilst ensuring excellent customer service is always maintained. Now, you don’t need to be an Engineer or an IT guru, but if you enjoy problem solving, have an interest in IT and pride yourself on your customer service skills this may be the role for you.
The successful Helpdesk Advisor will work alongside their small friendly team at head office, all training is provided and once fully trained, you can split your time working from in the office to working from home. Helpdesk AdvisorRequirements:
- Previous customer service/help desk experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- IT Literate.
- Logical thinker.
- Have an interest in IT, enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving.
