DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Helpdesk First Line Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Transport Helpdesk First Line Manager will be responsible for leading the Coach, Team Leaders and Helpdesk Team
- Ensuring KPI's are met and customer service is provided in a timely and professional manner and a timely resolution to any issues as they arise
- Providing assistance to drivers on the day of delivery to ensure fail prevention
